As the Head of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) at MARPI Clinic, Mr. Mukasa John brings extensive expertise in managing and optimizing data-driven health programs. With over 17 years of experience in public health and M&E, he has successfully led initiatives to enhance the clinic’s impact on key, vulnerable, and priority populations. Mr. Mukasa John holds a degree in Computer Science, Post graduate Diploma in M&E from Makerere University & UMI respectively. He is proficient in designing and implementing M&E frameworks that ensure the accurate tracking of program outcomes and the continuous improvement of HIV prevention, care, and treatment services. At MARPI, Mr. Mukasa John oversees the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to HIV testing, ART services, cervical cancer screening, and other critical health interventions. His work ensures that MARPI’s strategies are informed by reliable data, enabling the clinic to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to its clients. Passionate about community health, he is dedicated to fostering an environment of accountability and excellence. He actively engages in dialogues, sensitization, mentorship, and support supervision activities to build an enabling environment for MARPI’s key populations.
