LEN is now available at MARPI as a new long-acting HIV prevention option

MARPI is expanding HIV prevention choice with lenacapavir (LEN), a long-acting option clients can discuss confidentially with the MARPI clinical team.

MARPI has added LEN to its HIV prevention communication as part of the clinic’s continued effort to expand prevention choice. The MARPI LEN information poster presents it as a long-acting prevention option available at MARPI and encourages clients to speak with the clinic team about whether the option is right for them.

Expanding prevention choice

HIV prevention works best when people can choose options that fit their circumstances and preferences. MARPI’s prevention programme already includes counselling, HIV testing, PrEP, HIV self-testing, condoms and other combination-prevention approaches. LEN adds another long-acting choice to the prevention conversation.
